Check that the power cable is fully seated and the outlet is working. Try a different outlet. Check the power switch on the back or side of the cabinet. If the machine has a fuse, inspect and replace if blown. Contact us if the issue persists.
Check all video cable connections inside the cabinet. Ensure the monitor power switch is on. Some monitors have a separate power button. If the monitor is warm but blank, it may need replacement — contact us for parts support.
Check joystick and button connections to the control board. Clean around buttons with compressed air. Joystick microswitches can wear out — replacement parts are available. Contact us for compatible parts for your specific machine.
Air Hockey Tables
Check that the blower motor is plugged in and the power switch is on. Clean the table surface holes with a toothpick or pin — clogged holes are the most common cause of weak airflow. If the motor runs but airflow is still weak, contact us.
Check the goal sensor connections at each end of the table. Ensure the scorer is powered on. Try resetting the scorer by pressing the reset button. If sensors are damaged, contact us for replacement parts.
Billiards & Foosball Tables
Use the adjustable leg levelers on each leg to balance the table. Place a level on the playing surface and adjust until perfectly flat. On billiards tables, an unlevel surface significantly affects ball roll.
Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the rods. Do not use WD-40 as it can damage plastic components. Work the rods back and forth to distribute the lubricant evenly.
