ASSEMBLY & SETUP
Get your game room equipment up and running fast. Follow these steps and you’ll be playing in no time.
GENERAL SETUP PROCESS
Prepare Your Space
Measure your room before delivery. Ensure you have adequate clearance on all sides of the machine — most arcade cabinets need at least 12–18 inches of clearance. Check doorway widths and ceiling height for larger units.
Receive Your Delivery
Inspect packaging before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. Keep all packaging materials until setup is complete in case a return or exchange is needed.
Unbox Carefully
Use a box cutter carefully to avoid scratching surfaces. Have a second person help with heavy items. Lay the machine on a padded surface if you need to work on it horizontally.
Follow the Included Manual
Every product ships with an assembly guide. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions step by step. Do not skip steps — especially for items with leg levelers, electronic components, or air systems.
Level & Position
Use the adjustable leg levelers (included on most tables) to ensure your machine is perfectly balanced. An unlevel surface affects gameplay significantly on air hockey and billiards tables.
Power On & Test
Plug into a standard 110V outlet. Power on and test all functions before your first game. For arcade machines, run through all game modes to confirm everything is working correctly.
Measure First
Always measure doorways, hallways, and your final room space before your order arrives.
Get Help
Most machines require 2 people to safely move and position. Don’t go it alone on heavy equipment.
Dedicated Outlet
For large machines, use a dedicated circuit to avoid tripping breakers during play.
Document Everything
Take photos during unboxing in case you need to reference part placement or report damage.
