Shipping & Delivery

Large items like arcade cabinets, pinball machines, and game tables are shipped via freight carrier. Delivery is typically curbside unless white-glove delivery is arranged. You’ll be contacted to schedule a delivery window.
Shipping times vary by product and location. Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days. Freight deliveries may take 1–3 weeks depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Inspect the packaging carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at (901) 878-5864. Do not refuse the shipment unless instructed by our team.

Assembly & Setup

Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs for large freight items are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us before initiating a return.
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Most machines carry a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 90 days to 1 year. Extended service contracts are also available. See individual product pages for details.
